摘要
本文介绍了RAP直投厂拌温再生的设备改造情况,采用马歇尔设计法进行温拌再生混合料配合比设计,浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验和车辙试验评价了温拌再生混合料的路用性能,芯样压实度、渗水系数和构造深度评价实体工程效果;结果表明:温拌再生混合料的60℃动稳定度为3507次/mm,残留稳定度为86.4%,冻融劈裂强度比为91.5%,高温稳定性和水稳定性良好。温拌再生路面的压实度、渗水系数和构造深度均满足规范要求。
In this paper,the equipment transformation of warm mix regeneration in RAP direct casting plant has been introduced.Marshall design method has been used to design the mix ratio of warm mix regeneration.The road performance of warm mix regeneration has been evaluated by immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test and rut test.The results have shown that the dynamic stability of the regenerated mixture at 60℃is 3507 times/mm,the residual stability is 86.4%,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is 91.5%,and the high temperature stability and water stability are good.The compactness,seepage coefficient and structural depth of the reclaimed pavement with warm mix can meet the specification requirements.
