摘要
通过对具有代表性的高速公路通航桥梁的桥梁结构及通航条件、工作环境、所在航道的等级、航道环境等进行分析,提出了对通航桥梁防船舶撞击的管理工作可采取的主动防船撞管理手段和被动防船撞管理措施。结合高等级航道通航桥梁防船撞工程相关工作经验,提出了高等级航道通航桥梁防船撞的安全管理思路和主动及被动两种方式下的管理手段。主动管理手段采用通过集成VHF(无线电波)、AIS(船舶自动识别系统)、声光报警、监控摄像机等装置的防撞预警系统、被动管理手段结合航道特点、桥梁自身抗撞能力和所在航道抗撞能力需求等要求下,通过设置复合材料柔性护舷,在发生船舶撞击时达到缓冲消能目的,从而保护通航桥梁结构安全。
By the analysis on the bridge structure and navigation conditions,working environment,the level of the channel where the bridge is located,and the channel environment of the representative expressway navigation bridge,inthis paper,the active and passive anti ship collision management methods that can be adopted for the management of the navigation bridge s anti ship collisionhave beenput forward.Based on the relevant work experience of the ship collision prevention project of navigation bridges in high-level channels,the safety management ideas and management methods under active and passive modes for ship collision prevention of navigation bridges in high-level channels have beenput forward.The active management means adopts the anti-collision early warning system integrating VHF(radio wave),AIS(automatic identification system of ships),audible and visual alarm,monitoring camera and other devices,and the passive management means combine the characteristics of the channel,the anti-collision capability of the bridge itself and the anti-collision capability requirements of the channel where it is located,to achieve the purpose of buffering and energy dissipation in the event of ship collision by setting composite flexible fenders,so as to protect the safety of navigation bridge structure.In this paper,cases,technical references and management experience for the operation management and construction management of anti-collision projects of navigable bridges have beenprovided.
