摘要 通过原位沉积法合成Ag_(6)Si_(2)O_(7)-TiO_(2)(A-T)复合抗菌剂,将其负载在纤维素(MCC)上,制备A-T/MCC抗菌粉体,并使用膜压法制备A-T/MCC/PBAT复合薄膜。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱对A-T/MCC样品的微观形貌和元素组成进行表征测试,结果表明,A-T成功负载在MCC上。通过对复合薄膜进行紫外、保鲜性能等测试,对比观察不同薄膜、不同时间下葡萄样品的外观变化及质量损失,得出A-T/MCC/PBAT复合薄膜对果蔬的存储具有一定的抗菌保鲜功能。 Ag_(6)Si_(2)O_(7)-TiO_(2)(A-T)composite antibacterial agent was synthesized by in-situ deposition method and supported on cellulose(MCC)to prepare A-T/MCC antibacterial powder,and A-T/MCC/PBAT composite films was prepared by membrane pressing method.The micromorphology and elemental composition of A-T/MCC samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that A-T was successfully loaded on MCC.Through UV and fresh-keeping performance tests of composite films,the appearance changes and quality losses of grape samples under different films and different time conditions were compared and observed,and it was concluded that A-T/MCC/PBAT composite films had certain antibacterial and fresh-keeping functions for fruit and vegetable storage.
