地方统战资源赋能高职院校立德树人的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Local United Front Resources Empowering Higher Vocational Colleges to Cultivate the Morality and Talents

对中国共产党统一战线思想发展脉落、高职院校统战育人工作、地方统战资源相关概念进行界定。对苏州市属高职院校统战工作现状和张家港市地方统战资源进行调查,从统战历史资源、统战企业资源、统战阵地资源角度对统战资源归类,挖掘地方统战资源对高职院校育人工作的重要意义。通过调研,发现问题,提出统战资源赋能高职院校育人工作的应用对策。

This paper defines the concepts related to the development of the Communist Party of China’s United Front thought,the United Front education work in higher vocational colleges,and the local United Front resources.It investigates the present situation of United Front work in higher vocational colleges affiliated with Suzhou,and the local United Front resources in Zhangjiagang city,classifies the United Front resources of the city from the United Front history,the United Front enterprise resources,the United Front position resources,and explores the significance of local United Front resources for the education of higher vocational colleges.Through the investigation,this paper finds out the problems and proposes the application countermeasures of the United Front resources for the education of higher vocational colleges.
