高职教育混合所有制的演化综述

摘要 高职教育领域开展混合所有制改革是凝聚社会要素参与办学的有益探索,相关研究蔚然成风。国内学者集中探讨了高职教育混合所有制的概念内涵与外延、必要性与意义、办学样态与现实困境等议题,但在逐渐丰富的研究成果背后存在三个隐忧:经济学理论滞后性掣肘职业教育改革,结论先行致使混合所有制的适用性缺乏充分论证,多元化主体办学模式的有限试点制约建议效度。针对现阶段政策规划、文献研究与办学实践中暴露的问题,对高职教育混合所有制的法律法规、产权评估与治理结构进行探索展望。 The reform of mixed ownership in the field of higher vocational education is a beneficial exploration to gather social ele⁃ments to participate in running schools,and the related academic research is gradually enriched.Domestic scholars focus on topics such as the concept connotation and extension of mixed-ownership in higher vocational education,the necessity and significance,the school-running model and realistic dilemma.However,three worries lie behind the growing wealth of research:the lag of related theoretical research in the economic field leads to a lack of support for vocational education reform,the conclusion leads to the lack of sufficient demonstration of the applicability of mixed ownership,and the limited pilot of the multi-subject school-running model restricts the validity of the proposal.Aiming at the problems exposed in the current political policy planning,literature research and school-running practice,this paper puts forward the exploration prospect of the laws and regulations,property rights evaluation and governance structure of mixed ownership in higher vocational education.
