职业本科院校教师发展:内涵与路径

摘要 我国职业本科院校发展尚处于起步阶段,实现教师发展是提升职业本科院校教学质量的关键。当前我国职业本科院校教师发展存在发展目标定位不清晰、发展目标体系缺乏系统化设计等问题,基于教师发展的现实问题及职业本科办学要求,探明了职业本科院校教师发展内涵,指明了教师发展目标和构建教师发展目标体系,提出了落实职业本科院校发展顶层设计、构建多层次教师发展培养制度等教师发展路径。 The development of vocational undergraduate colleges in China is still in its infancy,and the development of teachers is the key to improving the teaching quality of vocational undergraduate colleges.At present,there are some problems in teacher devel⁃opment of these colleges,such as the unclear positioning of development goal and the lack of systematic design of development goal system.Based on the realistic problems of teacher development and the school-running requirements of vocational undergraduate education,we have proved out the development connotation of vocational undergraduate teachers,pointed out the development goal of teachers and constructed teacher development goal system,and put forward teacher development paths,such as the implementa⁃tion of the top-level design of vocational undergraduate college development,and the construction of multi-level teacher develop⁃ment and training system.
