摘要
社会经济发展和产业数字化转型对职业教育高素质现场工程师培养标准提出了新要求,主要表现为工程技术基础知识扎实、实践能力强,具有主动的创新意识、独立人格和社会责任感,伦理视野开阔清晰。然而,职业院校在工科人才培养中存在工程伦理教育理念缺失、教育实践缺位等问题,通过解析职业教育现场工程师的内涵与伦理表征,从顶层设计理念转变、行企深度参与、课程体系重构、评价方式改革四个维度提出基于工程伦理教育的职业教育现场工程师培养模式。
With the development of social economy and the transformation of industry digitalization,new requirements for the train⁃ing standards of high-quality field engineers in vocational education have been put forward.They mainly contain solid basic knowl⁃edge of engineering technology,strong practical ability,active innovation awareness,independent personality and social responsibili⁃ty,and broad and clear ethical vision.However,there are problems of lack of engineering ethics education concept and educational practice during the training of engineering talents in vocational colleges.By analyzing the connotation and ethical representation of vocational education field engineer,the training mode of field engineers in vocational education based on engineering ethics educa⁃tion is proposed from the four dimensions:transformation of top design concept,deep participation of industry and enterprises,recon⁃struction of curriculum system,and reform of evaluation methods.
