基于OBE理念的“旅游学概论”课程教学改革实证研究

Empirical Study on the Teaching Reform of"Introduction to Tourism"based on OBE Concept

借鉴OBE教育理念学生中心、产出导向、持续改进等核心要素,针对“旅游学概论”课程,选取实验班级,围绕课程目标、教学模式、教学内容、课程评价等方面进行教学改革实践,探索提高专业课程培养目标与企业人才需求的匹配度,培养出“适销对路”的高素质应用型人才。通过实验班与对照班在课堂表现、项目完成情况、综合评价及学生反馈等多方面对比研究,结果表明课程改革后的班级学习兴趣及学习效果有明显提升。

Draw lessons from OBE education concept student center,output orientation,continuous improvement,such as core elements,in view of the"introduction to tourism"course,select the experimental class,around the course objectives,teaching mode,teaching content,curriculum evaluation teaching reform practice,improve the professional curriculum training target and enterprise talent demand matching degree,cultivate"marketable"high-quality applied talents.Through the comparative study of the experimental class and the control class in the classroom performance,project completion,comprehensive evaluation and student feedback,the results show that the class learning interest and learning effect after the curriculum reform have been significantly improved.
