基于全自动检测工艺的多功能传动试验台研究

摘要 根据国家检验标准,设计了一套基于变频驱动的多功能传动试验台,可完成减速器、偶合器、制动器、电机等多种设备的性能实验。为提高设备检测的自动化水平,创新性地设计和开发了多功能传动试验台的自动检验软件,并开发相应的监控界面,实现减速器、电机、偶合器等试件的全自动检测,中间无需人工干预,主要实验内容有空载实验、效率实验、温升实验和超载实验,并增加了超温保护和负荷波动异常保护措施。现场使用结果表明,该套传动试验台的试验过程无需人工干预,过程控制可靠,性能稳定,减少了检测人员操作失误和操作难度,提高了工作效率。 According to the national inspection standards,a set of multifunctional transmission test bench based on frequency conversion drive is designed,which can complete the performance experiment of reducer,coupling,brake,motor and other equipment.In order to improve the automation level of equipment testing,the automatic testing software of the multifunctional transmission test bed is designed and developed,and the corresponding monitoring interface is developed to realize the automatic testing of the reducer,motor,coupling and other test pieces without manual intervention.The main experiment contents include no-load experiment,efficiency experiment,temperature rise experiment and overload experiment.And add the over temperature protection and load fluctuation abnormal protection measures.The field application results show that the test process of this set of transmission test bed does not need manual intervention,the process control is reliable,the performance is stable,reduce the inspection personnel operating error and operation difficulty,improve the work efficiency.
