摘要 为解决传统手段已无法满足大制造背景下企业的设备管理维护重任,全员生产维护思想难以推广及落地应用的问题,借助计算机技术、融合大数据与物联网技术等数字化手段,基于TPM思想,以全流程、全系统、全员参与管理的观点和共享理念,开发设备全生命周期管理平台,实现设备监控、运维管理、故障处理辅助决策、知识管理的一台份全流程管理。创新性提出和构筑备件云仓库架构,实现公司内各部门、供应商、合作企业等多维度连通一体的备件管理云平台。构建该设备管理平台的真正意义是把TPM思想落实应用到设备的全生命周期管理,实现全面、高效的数字化设备管理。 To solve the traditional means has been unable to meet the heavy task of equipment management and maintenance of enterprises in the context of large-scale manufacturing and the total productive maintenance(TPM)idea is difficult to promote and implement,by using computer technology,integration of big data and Internet of Things technology and other digital means,based on the idea of TPM,the full life cycle management platform of equipment is developed with the view and sharing concept of the whole process,whole system and entire personnel participation management.It includes the function modules of equipment real time monitoring,operation and maintenance management,fault handling with aim decision-making,and knowledge management,and so on.A spare parts cloud warehouse architecture is innovatively proposed and built to achieve multi-dimensional connectivity of all departments,suppliers,cooperative enterprises and other parts management cloud platforms.The construction of the equipment management platform has the real significance of applying the TPM idea to the full lifecycle management of equipment,realizing a comprehensive and efficient digital equipment management.
