基于气压定向定位的荔枝旋转去皮脱核装置设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有制作荔枝灯笼肉工艺存在采肉效果差、加工效率低、不卫生、劳动成本高等缺点,设计随动式同步输送机构对荔枝进行定位输送,并可连续对荔枝进行去皮脱核取灯笼肉操作。详述设计方案、关键结构及技术原理。该装置配有荔枝定向输送机,利用气流定向对输送中的荔枝进行喷射使其悬浮,可实现连续输送的同时进行荔枝定向动作;配置荔枝取灯笼肉装置,在气囊压紧定向的同时,实现对荔枝的旋转去皮、旋转去核一体化动作;配置气流清理装置,利用高压离心风机实现荔枝废渣清理及果肉分选动作。整套设备可以自动高效地取出完整的荔枝果肉,并可同时对果皮及果核进行分离整理。该设备可全面取代人工操作和半自动机械,提高生产效率20倍以上,且良品率可达98%。 In response to the shortcomings of the existing production process of litchi lantern meat,such as poor meat effect,low processing efficiency,unhygienic process and high labor costs,a follow-up synchronous conveying mechanism is designed for positioning and conveying litchi,by which continuously remove the skin and core of litchi to obtain lantern meat can be realized.The design scheme,key structure and technical principle are described in detail.This device is equipped with a litchi directional conveyor,which uses airflow direction to spray and suspend the transported litchi,achieving continuous transportation while performing litchi directional movements;a litchi lantern meat extraction device is equipped,by which the integrated action of rotating peeling and rotating core removal of litchi can be achieved while the airbag is compressed and oriented;the airflow cleaning device is configured,and the high pressure centrifugal fan is used to realize the litchi waste residue cleaning and pulp sorting action.By using the complete equipment,the complete litchi fruit meat can be automatically and efficiently extracted,and the peel and core can be separated and arranged at the same time.The equipment can completely replace manual operation and semi-automatic machinery,by which production efficiency can be improved by more than 20 times,and the yield rate can reach 98%.
