某船应急发电机房通风系统设计研究

摘要 某65 m多用途海洋工作船在进行应急发电机100%负荷试验时出现冷却水水温高报警,对此进行研究,得出高温报警的原因为机房通风系统设计不良。通过实测现场温度、湿度、风速,对通风和散热进行理论计算;结合发电机厂家通风设计模型,对机房通风系统进行改造,如增设自然通风口、移动机械进风口,调整机房风管布置。结果表明:改进以后,通风散热条件大为改善,应急发电机100%负荷试验顺利通过,该通风系统优化整改方案为后续船舶机房通风设计提供参考。 The high temperature alarm of cooling water occurred in the 100%load test of the emergency generator of a 65 m multi-purpose marine working ship,and the reason for the high temperature alarm is the poor design of the ventilation system in the engine room.Through the field temperature,humidity and wind speed measured,the ventilation and heat dissipation are calculated theoretically;combined with the ventilation design model of the generator manufacturer,the ventilation system of the machine room is reformed,such as adding natural air vents,moving mechanical air inlet,and adjusting the layout of the air duct in the machine room.The results show that after the improvement,the ventilation and heat dissipation conditions are greatly improved,and the 100%load test of the emergency generator is passed smoothly.The optimization and rectification scheme of the ventilation system provides reference for the subsequent ventilation design of the ship machine room.
