摘要
针对职业教育公差配合与测量技术课程教学中存在的教学内容抽象化、教学环节缺乏实践性、教学方法落后等问题,以基于Creo平台的CETOL6σ公差分析软件引入公差配合与测量技术课程教学的应用为研究对象,并以键槽轴的尺寸链设计计算与分析为教学案例对尺寸链教学过程及方法进行设计。将基于Creo平台的CETOL6σ公差分析软件引入教学案例中,以三维实体模型为基础构建三维公差分析模型,依据分析结果中敏感度和贡献度数据进行公差优化分配,可以实现尺寸链中间计算问题具象化。研究表明,相比于传统的尺寸链教学,将基于Creo平台的CETOL6σ公差分析软件引入公差配合与测量技术课程教学中,可以有效提升教学效果,激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生创新精神,提高学生的综合实践能力。
Aiming at the problems of abstraction of teaching content,lack of practicality in teaching links and backward teaching methods in the teaching of Tolerance Control and Measurement Technology in vocational education,the application of CETOL6σtolerance analysis software based on Creo platform to the course of Tolerance Control and Measurement Technology is taken as the research object,and the teaching process and method of dimension chain are designed with the design calculation and analysis of dimension chain of shaft with key way as the teaching case.By introducing the CETOL6σtolerance analysis software based on Creo platform into the teaching case,the three dimensional tolerance analysis model is constructed based on the three-dimensional solid model,and the tolerance is optimized according to the sensitivity and contribution data in the analysis results to realize the visualization of the intermediate calculation problem of the dimension chain.The research shows that compared with the traditional dimension chain teaching,the introduction of CETOL6σtolerance analysis software based on Creo platform into the course of Tolerance Control and Measurement Technology course can effectively improve the teaching effect,stimulate students'interest in learning,cultivate students'innovative spirit and improve students'comprehensive practical ability.
