广东省某医院病毒性肝炎患者心理健康状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of psychological health status and influencing factors of viral hepatitis patients in a hospital in Guangdong Province

目的 了解广东省某二甲医院病毒性肝炎患者心理健康状况,探讨其影响因素。方法 以2019—2021年广东省某二甲医院确诊的病毒性肝炎患者为研究对象,采用问卷调查方式收集研究资料,内容包括一般信息和症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)量表。利用多元线性回归模型对病毒性肝炎患者心理健康状况的影响因素进行分析。结果 纳入调查对象428人,男性314人,女性114人,平均年龄(43.54±8.77)岁。病毒性肝炎患者SCL-90总分(153.22±44.58)、躯体化(1.71±0.59)、抑郁(1.95±0.61)、焦虑(1.65±0.58)、精神病性(1.49±0.45)得分均高于我国常模。强迫、人际关系、敌对、恐怖、偏执得分与常模比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 广东省某地区二甲医院病毒性肝炎患者存在一定的心理问题,家庭经济状况、病情严重程度和文化程度是其心理健康状况的影响因素。建议对该院病毒性肝炎患者开展针对其躯体化、抑郁、焦虑和精神病性症状的心理健康干预。

Objective To explore the psychological health status and influencing factors of viral hepatitis patients in a second-tier hospital in Guangdong Province.MethodssThe viral hepatitis patients diagnosed in a second-tier hospital in Guangdong Province were selected as the research objects from 2019 to 2021.Data for the study were collected by questionnaire consisting of general information and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90).Psychological health status of viral hepatitis patients was analyzed using multiple linear regression models to determine the influencing factors.Results A total of 428 subjects,314 males and 114 females,with a mean age of(43.54±8.77)years,were included in the survey.Patients with viral hepatitis had higher SCL-90 total score(153.22±44.58)somatization(1.71±0.59),depression(1.95±0.61),anxiety(1.65±0.58)and psychoticism(1.49+0.45)than the conventional model in China.The differences in compulsive,interpersonal,hostile,phobic,and paranoid scores were not statistically significant when compared to the conventional model(P>0.05).Conclusion Certain psychological problems exist in viral hepatitis patients in a second-tier hospital of a certain region in Guangdong Province,and family economic status,disease severity and literacy are the influencing factors of their psychological health status.It is suggested that psychological health interventions should be carried out for viral hepatitis patients in the hospital to target their somatization,depression,anxiety and psychotic symptoms.
