小麦麸皮提取物活性及其与减肥降脂相关研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress on activity of wheat bran extract and related to weight loss and lipid reduction

摘要 小麦麸皮是小麦的副产品,富含多种营养成分和植物化学物质。根据小麦麸皮2种提取物(小麦麸皮多酚和小麦麸皮油)化学成分的不同,分别总结其生物活性及对减肥降脂作用的影响。小麦麸皮多酚化合物富含的多酚类成分在抗氧化、抑菌、抗肿瘤等方面显示出较好活性;小麦麸皮油富含多不饱和脂肪酸,在抗氧化、降低血清胆固醇等方面显示出良好活性。国内外研究人员普遍认为,小麦麸皮起减肥降脂的最主要成分是膳食纤维、酚酸、多糖、低聚糖等,通过阐述小麦麸皮及其提取物对机体减肥降脂作用的相关研究进展,初步探讨小麦麸皮中植物化学物质对减肥降脂作用的影响,对改善其附加值、防治慢性病有重要意义,为小麦麸皮产品的综合利用提供理论依据。 Wheat bran,a by-product of wheat,is rich in many nutrients and phytochemicals.According to the different chemical constituents of the two extracts of wheat bran(wheat bran polyphenols and wheat bran oil),the bioactivity and effects on weight loss and lipid reduction were summarized,respectively.The polyphenols rich in wheat bran polyphenols showed good activities in antioxidant,antibacterial and antitumor.The polyunsaturated fatty acids rich in wheat bran oil showed good activities in antioxidant and serum cholesterol reduction.Domestic and foreign researchers generally agree that the most important components of wheat bran for weight loss and lipid reduction are dietary fiber,phenolic acid,polysaccharide,oligosaccharide,etcetera.By elaborating the research progress related to the effect of wheat bran and its extracts on weight loss and lipid reduction in the body,the effects of phytochemicals in wheat bran on weight loss and lipid reduction were initially explored.It is of great significance to improve the added value,prevent and control chronic diseases,and provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of wheat bran products.
