长沙市2020—2021年白纹伊蚊和家蝇抗药性监测 被引量:1

Insecticide resistance surveillance of Aedes albopictus and Musca domestica in Changsha from 2020 to 2021

摘要 目的 了解2020—2021年长沙市白纹伊蚊和家蝇对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为合理使用卫生杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法 白纹伊蚊采用幼虫浸渍法和成蚊接触筒法测定其抗药性,家蝇采用点滴法测定其抗药性。结果 2020—2021年长沙市白纹伊蚊幼虫对残杀威、双硫磷、吡丙醚均产生不同程度的抗药性,抗性倍数分别为9.37、4.55和47.02;白纹伊蚊成虫对0.03%溴氰菊酯、0.40%氯菊酯、0.08%高效氯氰菊酯、0.07%高效氯氟氰菊酯均产生了抗药性,对0.50%马拉硫磷、0.20%杀螟硫磷表现为可能抗性,对0.05%残杀威、0.20%噁虫威、2.00%毒死蜱均敏感。2020—2021年长沙市家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯均产生了抗药性,抗性倍数分别为125.02、69.34,对敌敌畏敏感。结论 长沙市白纹伊蚊幼虫对吡丙醚处于高抗性水平,成虫对0.03%溴氰菊酯、0.40%氯菊酯、0.08%高效氯氰菊酯、0.07%高效氯氟氰菊酯均产生了抗药性,应减少这几种药物对白纹伊蚊的杀灭使用;长沙市家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯均处于高抗性水平,应减少这2种药物对于家蝇的杀灭使用。 Objective To understand the current status of insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus and Musca domestica to commonly usedsanitary insecticides in Changsha from 2021 to 2022,and to provide scientific basis for rational use of sanitary insecticides.Methods The insecticide resistance of Ae.albopictus was determined by larval dip method and contact tube method,and the insecticide resistance of M.domestica was determined by topicalapplication.Results From 2020 to 2021 in Changsha City,Ae.albopictus larvae developed different degrees of resistance to propoxur,disphos and pyripropyl ether,with resistance ratios of 9.37,4.55 and 47.02,respectively;Ae.albopictus adults all developed resistance to deltamethrin(0.03%),permethrin(0.40%),beta-cypermethrin(0.08%),beta-cypermethrin(0.07%),and may be resistant to malathion 0.50%and fenitrothion 0.20%,and was sensitive to propoxur 0.05%,bendiocarb 0.20%and chlorpyrifos 2.00%.In 2021,in Changsha City,M.domestica developed resistance to beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin,with resistance ratio of 125.02 and 69.34,respectively,and was sensitive to dichlorvos.Conclusion In Changsha City,Ae.albopictus larvae are highly resistant to pyriproxyfen,and Ae.albopictus adults are resistant to deltamethrin 0.03%,permethrin 0.40%,beta-cypermethrin 0.08%,beta-cypermethrin 0.07%,and the use of these drugs on Ae.albopictus should be reduced;the resistance level of M.domestica to beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin is high in Changsha City,so the use of these two drugs on M.domestica should be reduced.
