摘要
上海白龙港片区Ø3600 mm合流污水总管位于罗山路下方,轨道交通13号线盾构区间从下方垂直穿越,竖向距离仅4.2 m。为推进盾构,对该现状总管护管桥进行拔桩处理,造成总管严重沉降。针对以上情况,研究了复杂地下空间环境影响下的合流污水总管修复加固措施。通过在现状总管上下游新建骑马井,采用临管(浅敷)及井内临泵进行临排,使总管处于无水状态,继而对该总管进行非开挖不锈钢内衬加固,增强管道整体性,13号线盾构顺利穿越推进。目前该修复后的Ø3600 mm合流污水总管和13号线盾构区间均已竣工运行多年,状况良好。作为上海首个大口径排水总管临排及修复的实施案例,对类似工程具有一定借鉴作用。
TheØ3600 mm combined sewage main pipe is located under Luoshan Road in Shanghai Bailonggang area,and the shield of metro line 13 crosses vertically from the below,with a vertical distance of only 4.2 m.The pile foundation of partial pipe protection bridge are pulled for shield propulsion,which result in severe settlement of the main pipe.In allusion to the above problem,the rehabilitation measures of the main pipe under complex underground space are studied.New riding wells are built at the upstream and downstream of the main pipe.Temporary pipes(shallow laying)and temporary pumps are used to keep the main pipe dry.Then the pipe is reinforced with trenchless stainless steel lining to enhance the pipe integrity.Eventually,the shield of metro line 13 is propelled successfully.So far,the rehabilitatedØ3600 mm combined sewage main pipe and metro line 13 have been completed and operated for many years.The main pipe is in good condition.As the first case of temporary drainage and rehabilitation of large diameter drainage main pipe in Shanghai,it can provide reference for similar projects.
