基于遥测技术的智能变电站多级联调控制系统

摘要 为了有效控制电量脉冲的波动幅值,实现变电传输信号的按需调度与协调,基于遥测技术设计智能变电站多级联调控制系统。整合多级变电调控电路中的电量传输信号,将其按需分配给联调式调制解调器、FPGA模块两类应用设备元件中,完成智能变电站多级联调控制系统的硬件运行环境搭建。遵循遥测技术原理,确定遥测相位的初始数值,根据变电脉冲强度指标的求解结果,完善多级联控指令的具体执行流程,再联合相关硬件设备结构,完成智能变电站多级联调控制系统设计。对比实验结果表明,在遥测技术作用下,设计系统的电量脉冲信号最大幅值达到3.05×10^(-9) mm/ms,该系统可以有效控制电量脉冲的波动幅度,符合按需协调变电传输信号的应用需求。 In order to effectively control the fluctuation amplitude of electric quantity pulse and realize the on⁃demand dispatching and coordination of substation transmission signals,an intelligent substation multi⁃level joint commissioning control system is designed based on telemetry technology.Integrate the electric quantity transmission signal in the multi⁃level substation control circuit,distribute it to two types of application equipment components,namely,the joint debugging modem and FPGA module,and complete the hardware operation environment of the multi⁃level joint debugging control system in the intelligent substation.According to the principle of telemetry technology,determine the initial value of telemetry phase,improve the specific execution process of multi⁃level joint control command according to the solution result of substation pulse intensity index,and then combine the relevant hardware structure to complete the design of multi⁃level joint commissioning control system of intelligent substation.The comparative experimental results show that under the effect of telemetry technology,the maximum amplitude of electric power pulse signal of the designed system reaches 3.05×10^(-9) mm/ms,the system can effectively control the fluctuation amplitude of electric power pulse,meeting the application requirements of coordinating the transmission signal of substation on demand.
