基于H桥的磁性法应力检测装置设计与开发

摘要 当铁磁材料受到不同的应力时,材料的磁滞回线会发生变化,通过测量材料的磁滞回线可实现对材料的应力分析。而传统应力检测法的激励源大多采用体积大、效率低的线性电源。针对这一问题,文中开发了一套基于H桥的磁性法应力检测装置,装置硬件电路包括逆变电路、采样电路和调理电路等;软件系统包括SPWM调制程序、电流采样程序、PI控制算法等。实验结果表明,该系统能准确测量试件的磁滞回线和矫顽力,输出稳定且效率比线性电源高40%,实现了对材料的应力评估。 When ferromagnetic materials are subjected to different stresses,the hysteresis loop of materials will change,and the stress analysis of materials can be realized by measuring the hysteresis loop of materials.And traditional stress test of the most exciting source with large volume,low efficiency of linear power supply,in order to solve this problem,this paper developed a magnetic method based on H bridge stress testing device,device hardware circuit including the inverter circuit,sampling circuit and control circuit,software system including SPWM modulation process,current sampling program,PI control algorithm,etc.The experimental results show that the system can accurately measure the hysteresis loop and coercivity of the specimen,and the output is stable and the efficiency is 40%higher than that of the linear power supply,which is convenient to realize the stress assessment of the material.
