摘要
针对现有智能电网建设过程中所面临的海量智能化高效处理需求,设计了一种基于智能数据处理的电网信息实时交互系统。在智能电网与电力用户存在双向互动的前提下,构建了包含电网数据采集系统、通信传输网络、电网主站及电力用户主站在内的电网信息实时交互系统框架。同时针对交互过程中生成的海量信息数据,引入了支持向量机来建立智能数据处理模型并将其用于电网信息数据处理与异常检测,且利用改进的蝙蝠算法实现对支持向量机的参数优化。通过将改进后的支持向量机模型用于电网数据处理并与其他方法进行对比,实验结果表明,所提出的电网信息实时交互系统在数据处理过程中能够快速、准确地检测智能电网信息交互过程中的异常数据,且检测准确率超过95%,显著优于其他算法,具有良好的工程实用性。
In view of the massive intelligent and efficient processing requirements faced in the construction of the existing smart grid,a real-time interactive system of power grid information based on intelligent data processing is designed in this paper.On the premise of the two-way interaction between smart grid and power users,a real-time interaction system framework of power grid information,including power grid data acquisition system,communication transmission network,power grid master station and power user master station,is constructed.Aiming at the massive information data generated in the interaction process,support vector machine is introduced to establish an intelligent data processing model for power grid information data processing and anomaly detection.The improved bat algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of support vector machine.The improved support vector machine model is applied to power grid data processing and compared with other methods.The experimental results show that the power grid information real-time interaction system proposed in this paper can quickly and accurately detect abnormal data in the process of smart grid information interaction,and the detection accuracy is more than 95%,which is significantly better than other algorithms,it has good engineering practicability.
