热带地区桉树各器官碳氮磷生态化学计量特征及其与土壤因子的关系

Ecological Stoichiometry of Carbon,Nitrogen and Phosphorus of Each Organ in Eucalyptus Plantation in Tropical Areas and Its Relationship with Soil Factors

摘要 为探索热带地区桉树各器官碳氮磷生态化学计量特征及其与土壤因子的关系,为桉树人工林可持续经营管理提供理论依据,选取海南岛北部桉树人工林作为研究对象,对桉树各器官碳氮磷含量与土壤理化性质进行分析。结果表明:(1)桉树人工林叶片、枝、树皮、干材、根器官碳含量均值为564.13 g·kg^(-1),氮含量均值为6.19 g·kg^(-1),呈现高C低N的元素格局趋势,土壤总体元素含量也偏低,基本呈现随土层深度增加而减少的趋势;(2)从相关性分析看,土壤SOC、N、P含量之间相关性达极显著,但与各器官C、N相关性大多数未达到显著水平(P>0.05),仅与枝N含量相关性显著。总体而言,桉树人工林碳氮磷生态化学计量特征存在地域差异,氮元素和磷元素是主要表征因子。 This paper explored the ecological stoichiometry of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus of each organ in eucalyptus plantation in tropical areas and its relationship with soil factors to provide theoretical basis for sustainable management of eucalyptus plantation.Eucalyptus plantation in the north of Hainan Island was selected as the research object.The contents of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus of eucalyptus plantation organs as well as physical and chemical properties of soil were analyzed.The results showed as the following two aspects.(1)The average carbon contents of leaf,branch,bark,stem and root organ of eucalyptus plantation were 564.13 g·kg^(-1),and average nitrogen contents were 6.19 g·kg^(-1),respectively,showing a trend of high C and low N element pattern,while the soil presented a low pattern of total element contents,showing the decreasing trend with the increase of soil layer depth.(2)From the correlation analysis,the correlation between the contents of soil SOC,N and P was extremely significant,but most of the correlation between soil and C and N contents of each organ did not reach a significant level(P>0.05),only the correlation with branch N content was significant.In general,there are regional differences in the ecological stoichiometry characteristics of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus of eucalyptus plantation,and nitrogen and phosphorus are the main characterization factors.
