摘要
以选出的18个旱柳无性系为研究对象(编号为8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、19、20、21、22、24、25、26),通过扦插繁殖能力、抗寒能力、抗旱能力、抗病虫能力及生物量统计评价其适应性。结果表明:18个无性系扦插成活率差异显著。其中8、9、10、11、13、16、20、24和25号的成活率偏低;18个无性系苗期都具有较强的抗旱能力;除了12号、13号和15号外,绝大部分无性系具有很强的抗寒能力;17、19、21、22号抗病虫害能力较弱。经综合分析和评价,14、26、27号在繁殖力、抗病虫性、抗寒性、抗旱性等指标上表现优秀,可供进一步观测和研究。
The selected eighteen clones of Salix matsudana were taken as the research objects(the number was set as 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,19,20,21,22,24,25,26),whose adaptability was evaluated by cutting propagation ability,cold resistance ability,drought resistance ability,disease and insect resistance ability and biomass statistics.The results showed as follows:the cutting survival rates of eighteen clones were significantly different,among which No.8,9,10,11,13,16,20,24 and 25 had low survival rate;eighteen clones had strong drought resistance at the seedling stage;except No.12,13 and 15,the majority of clones had strong cold resistance;No.17,19,21,22 had weak disease and insect resistance.Through comprehensive analysis and evaluation,No.14,26 and 27 showed excellent performance in fertility,resistance to diseases and insect pests,cold resistance and drought resistance,which could be used for further observation and research.
