国内外装配式建筑供应链管理研究——演进对比与趋势展望

Comparison and Trend Prospect of the Evolution of Prefabricated Construction Supply Chain Management Research at Home and Abroad

随着国内外装配式建筑应用发展,装配式建筑供应链管理引起了学界和业界的广泛关注。把握国内外研究脉络,明确发展趋势,成为了当前国内装配式建筑供应链管理领域的迫切需求。采用文献计量学方法,基于2001—2022年国内外相关文献,对比分析了国内外装配式建筑供应链管理研究现状及热点主题。结果表明,国外相关研究主要集中在先进信息技术应用、绩效管理、运作流程整合优化和精益管理4个方面,国内的研究主要集中在风险管理、运作流程优化、生产调度优化、先进信息技术应用和供应商选择5个方面。结合当前研究现状,我国装配式建筑供应链管理研究可从精益管理、韧性管理模式及先进信息技术应用等方面开展进一步研究。

With the development and application of prefabricated construction at home and abroad,the supply chain management has received widespread concern in both the academic and industry filed.Grasping the research context at home and abroad and clarifying the development trend have become urgent to promote domestic research of prefabricated construction supply chain management.Using bibliometrics method,based on the relevant literature at home and abroad from 2001 to 2022,the research status and hot topics at home and abroad on prefabricated construction supply chain management are compared and analyzed.Related research abroad mainly focuses on the application of advanced information technology,performance management,operation process integration and optimization and lean management,while domestic research mainly focuses on risk management,operation process optimization,production scheduling optimization,advanced information technology application and supplier selection.Combined with the current research status,the research on the prefabricated construction supply chain management in China can be further studied from the aspects of lean management,resilience management mode and the application of advanced information technology.
