摘要
随着我国公路隧道建设高速发展,大于10 km的超长隧道越来越多。超长隧道具有事故率高、疏散救援困难、事故定位不准、救援流程效率低等主要特征,然而公路隧道防灾救援设计缺少规范和统一标准,超长隧道防灾救援设计更加缺乏系统化和标准化。结合长度15.6 km秦岭天台山隧道防灾救援设计方案和相关研究,总结超长公路隧道防灾救援特点,提出了超长隧道的救援设施、疏散设施和综合防灾减灾体系,实现分段救援、分区管理,为类似工程提供参考,为超长公路隧道防灾救援设计体系完善提供依据。
With the rapid development of highway tunnel construction in China,there are more and more extra-long tunnels greater than 10 km.The extra-long tunnel has the main characteristics of high accident rate,difficult evacuation and rescue,inaccurate location of accident location,poor execution of rescue process and so on.However,the disaster prevention and rescue design of highway tunnels lacks unified design specifications and standards,and the disaster prevention and rescue design for extra-long tunnels lacks systematization and standardization.Combined with the disaster prevention and rescue design scheme and related research of the Qinling Tiantaishan Tunnel with a length of 15.6 km,in this paper the characteristics of disaster prevention and rescue of super-long highway tunnels are concluded,and rescue facilities,evacuation facilities and comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation system for super-long tunnels are proposed to realize sectional rescue and zoning management,which can provide reference for similar projects and provide a basis for the improvement of the disaster prevention and rescue design system for super-long highway tunnels.
