摘要
安全评价分析过程中,采用运行速度对停车视距条件进行检查,是确保路线安全的一项重要措施。在我国现行公路设计标准规范体系下,公路几何指标主要取决于设计速度。通过对现行标准规范体系指标进行解读、对视距影响因素进行分析,认为满足停车视距要求所确定的几何指标与规范标准体系下满足汽车安全顺适行驶所能够采用的最小指标之间存在较大的差异。停车视距对车辆自身的行驶安全影响较低,现有标准体系下停车视距长度偏于保守,因而提出长度修正建议,为公路几何设计与限速管理提供依据。
In the process of safety evaluation and analysis,it is an important measure to ensure the safety of the route to check the stopping sight distance conditions by using the operating speed.Under China's current highway design standard and specification system,highway geometric indicators mainly depend on design speed.Through the interpretation of the indicators of the current standard and specification system and the analysis of the factors affecting sight distance,in this paper it is believed that there is a large difference between the geometric indicators determined to meet the requirements of stopping sight distance and the minimum indicators that can be used to meet the requirements of safe and smooth driving of vehicles under the standard system,and the stopping sight distance has a minor impact on the driving safety of vehicles.The length of stopping sight distance under the existing standard system is conservative.Suggestions for length correction are put forward to provide a basis for highway geometric design and speed limit management.
