摘要
沥青胶浆由沥青及填料构成,在沥青混合料中起黏结和填充作用,对沥青混合料的性能有很大的影响。填料的某些物理化学性质对填料-沥青体系有着直接、重要的影响。研究填料的物理化学性质,有助于确定填料种类、掺量和物理化学特征对沥青胶浆性能的影响规律。以石灰石矿粉、粉煤灰、硅藻土、赤泥(4号~7号)为填料,以70号基质沥青为原样沥青,借鉴常规石灰岩矿粉沥青胶浆研究方法,按0.11、0.22、0.33、0.44、0.55的粉胶比(体积比)制备沥青胶浆。通过Brookfield旋转黏度试验研究胶浆的感温性、高温性能、黏附性能,确定了不同种类填料和填料掺量对沥青胶浆性能的影响,并分析了材料的物理特征(Rigden孔隙率、细度模数)和胶浆性能的关系。
Asphalt mortar is composed of the asphalt and filler,which plays the role of bonding and filling in the asphalt mixture,and has a great impact on the performance of asphalt mixture.Some physical and chemical properties of filler have a direct and important impact on the filler-asphalt system.The study of the physical and chemical properties of filler is helpful to determine the influence of filler types,proportion and physical and chemical characteristics on the performance of asphalt mortar.In the paper,limestone mineral powder,fly ash,diatomite,red mud(4#~7#) as the filler,70# matrix asphalt as the original asphalt,by referring the conventional limestone mineral powder asphalt mortar research method,asphalt slurry is prepared according to the powder/binder ratio(volume ratio) of 0.11,0.22,0.33,0.44,0.5.The Brookfield rotary viscosity test is used to study the temperature sensitivity,high temperature properties and adhesion properties of the mortar.The influences of different types of fillers and filler content on the properties of asphalt mortar are determined,and the relationship between the physical characteristics of the material(Rigden porosity,fineness modulus) and the properties of the mortar are analyzed.
