国产一次性电子输尿管软镜碎石术治疗肾结石的临床分析

Clinical analysis of domestic disposable digital flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy for renal calculi

目的探讨国产一次性电子输尿管软镜碎石术治疗肾结石的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析本院2021年8月至2021年12月收治的77例肾结石患者的临床资料,将其中行国产一次性电子输尿管软镜碎石术的患者设为观察组(45例),同期行可重复使用纤维输尿管软镜碎石术的患者作为对照组(32例),比较两组患者的一般情况、手术时间、碎石时间、术后血红蛋白下降量、结石清除率、术后并发症发生率、术后住院时间、住院费用、视觉模拟评分(VAS)等指标。结果观察组和对照组置人UAS的成功率分别为68.9%(31/45)、68.8%(2232)。观察组的手术时间、碎石时间短于对照组,而结石清除率优于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组的住院费用高于对照组,术后血红蛋白下降量、术后并发症发生率、术后住院时间、VAS评分等均优于对照组(均P>0.05)。结论国产一次性电子输尿管软镜是可重复使用输尿管软镜的可靠替代品,应用性能良好,碎石效果优良,安全性和舒适度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic disposable digital flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy for renal calculi.Methods The clinical data of 77 patients with renal stones admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients who underwent domestic disposable electronic flexible ureteral lithotripsy were the observation group(45 cases),and the patients who underwent flexible ureteral lithotripsy with reusable fiber at the same time were the control group(32 cases).The general situation,operation time,lithotriptic time,postoperative hemoglobin decrease,stone clearance rate,complications,postoperative hospital stay,hospitalization cost,visual analogne scale(VAS)and other indicators were compared between two groups.Results The success rates of UAS implantation in observation group and control group were 68.9%(31/45)and 68.8%(22/32),respectively.The operation time and lithotripsis time of observation group were shorter than that of control group,and the stone clearance rate was better than that of control group(all P<0.05).The average hospitalization cost of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative hemoglobin decline,postoperative complication rate,postoperative hospital stay and VAS score were all better than those of the control group(all P>0.05).Conclusions Domestic disposable digital flexible ureteroscope is a reliable substitute for reusable flexible ureteroscope.It has good application performance,excellent lithotripsy effect,high safety and comfort,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
