某牵引车动力性经济性分析和改善研究

摘要 为改善某款牵引车动力性和经济性性能,利用Cruise软件建立整车仿真模型,对原型车进行了动力性和经济性分析。对比竞品的试验数据发现,该车的动力性好,而经济性较差。根据原型车和竞品车的滑行试验对比数据分析了整车的行驶阻力。通过计算流体动力学(CFD)分析并提出驾驶室顶部的优化方案,改善了整车的行驶阻力;分析不同后桥速比下发动机的工作区间,并结合客户使用需求情况,提出了优化后桥速比的改进方案。试验结果表明,优化方案有效,改善了整车性能,提升了产品竞争力。 In order to improve the power and economic performance of a tractor,the whole vehicle simulation model is established by using Cruise software,and the power and economic performance of the prototype vehicle is analyzed.By comparing the test data of competing products,it is found that the car has good power performance but poor economy.By comparing the coasting test data of the prototype vehicle and the competitive vehicle,the driving resistance of the whole vehicle is analyzed.Through computational fluid dynamics(CFD)analysis,the optimization scheme of the top of the cab is proposed to improve the driving resistance of the whole vehicle;The working range of the engine under different rear axle speed ratios is analyzed,and the improvement scheme for optimizing the rear axle speed ratio is put forward according to the customer's demand.The test results show that the optimization scheme is effective,improves the vehicle performance and enhances the product competitiveness.
