某增程车型热管理系统的仿真分析

摘要 为了保证整车各系统正常运转,提高整车能源利用率,需要在开发阶段预测整车热管理系统在不同工况下的温度、流量等特性,评估各个部件能否满足换热需求。文章通过搭建多回路、可控制的复杂换热系统一维模型,用于对某增程车型的热管理系统进行仿真,计算极限工况下各部件达到热稳态时的平衡温度和时间,并判断能否满足各部件冷却需求,以及确定不同暖风状态对电池水加热时间的影响。通过计算后确定,该机型高温极限工况能够满足系统冷却需求,但在低温冷启动暖风开启后存在水温超标的风险,不同暖风状态对电池加热时间的影响很小。 In order to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle system,improve the energy efficiency of the vehicle,it is necessary to predict the temperature,flow and other characteristics of the vehicle thermal management system under different working conditions in the development stage.In this paper,a one-dimensional model of complex heat transfer system with multiple circuits and control is built,it is used to simulate the thermal management system of an extended range vehicle,calculate the equilibrium temperature and time when each component reaches the thermal steady state under the ultimate working condition,determine the influence of different air conditioning conditions on the heating time of the battery.After the calculation to determine,the machine can meet the system cooling requirements in high temperature limit condition,however,there is a risk that the water temperature exceeds the standard after the warm air is opened,and different air conditioning conditions have little influence on the heating time of the battery.
