汽车研发阶段试验质量问题数字化管理应用

摘要 在汽车研发过程中,各个环节会存在缺陷,例如设计方案不合理、结构设计强度不足、整车性能不达标等,在研发阶段发现设计缺陷并进行合理的闭环管理十分重要。基于广州汽车集团股份有限公司汽车工程研究院质量管理体系及传祺影豹等车型研发项目,文章简略总结研发过程中设计缺陷从提出到关闭的全生命周期管理流程,重点介绍基于数字化技术快速准确地填报研发试验质量问题及其统计方法,同时也对汽车研发试验质量问题的解析及数字化实现方法进行了阐述。通过数字化技术将常见设计缺陷的描述模板化,根据试验任务信息自动填充试验质量问题记录表单,利用机器学习算法智能推荐问题等级,大幅提升试验质量问题的填报效率和准确性。基于车联网、5G以及解析方法数字模式化等现代数字化技术的综合应用,可以实现质量问题解析效率的大幅提升。 In the process of automobile research and development(R&D),there will be defects in all aspects,such as unreasonable design scheme,insufficient structural design strength,and substandard vehicle performance.It is very important to find design defects in the R&D stage and carry out reasonable closed-loop management.Based on the quality management system of Automotive Engineering Institute,Guangzhou Automobile Group Company Limited,the R&D projects of Trumpchi EMPOW and other vehicle models,this paper briefly summarizes the whole life cycle management process of design defects in the R&D process from putting forward to closing.It focuses on the rapid and accurate filling of R&D test quality problems and their statistical methods based on digital technology.At the same time,it also introduces the analysis and digital implementation methods of vehicle R&D test quality problems.The description of common design defects templated by digital technology,the test quality problem record form automatically filled according to the test task information,and the problem grade intelligently recommended by machine learning algorithm,which can greatly improve the filling efficiency and accuracy of test quality problems.Based on the comprehensive application of modern digital technologies such as the internet of vehicle,5G and digital modeling of analytical methods,the efficiency of quality problem analysis can be greatly improved.
