摘要
为了提高红曲霉液体发酵生产色素的产量,明确其抗氧化活性,进行了培养基单因子发酵条件的优化,确定了红曲霉菌生产色素最佳培养基成分。在此基础上进行正交实验,获得最优培养基的配方,再进行发酵条件的单因子实验优化,得出最优培养条件。
The study was carried out for improving pigment yield of Monascus by liquid fermentation and clarifying its anti-oxidant activity.The medium single factor fermentation conditions were optimized.By determining the absorbance of pigment production,the best medium was determined to produce pigment production.On this basis,orthogonal test was conducted to obtain the optimal medium formula,and then the single factor experiment of fermentation conditions was optimized to obtain the optimal culture conditions.
