摘要
采用组织支持感量表、工作投入量表、中小学教师专业发展量表和组织承诺量表对626名中小学体育教师进行研究。结果显示(:1)组织支持感对教师专业发展具有正向预测作用(;2)组织支持感可以通过工作投入间接预测教师专业发展,即工作投入在组织支持感与教师专业发展间起部分中介作用(;3)在“组织支持感→工作投入→教师专业发展”这一中介效应的前半路径受到组织承诺的调节,且这种间接效应在高组织承诺水平的教师中更显著。
A study of 626 primary and secondary school physical education teachers was studied by using the Organiza-tional Support Scale,Work Engagement Scale,Primary and Secondary School Teachers'Professional Development Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale.The result display the following:(I)The sense of organizational support has a positive pre-dictive effect on teachers'professional development.(2)The sense of organizational support can indirectly predict the profes-sional development of teachers through work input,that is,work input plays a partial mediating role between the sense of or-ganizational support and teacher professional development.(3)The first half of the mediating effect of"organizational sup-portwork commitmentteacher professional development"is moderated by organizational commitment.
