智能制造在硬质合金工厂的落地实践

摘要 针对我国硬质合金产业起步晚、技术基础差、产量大但附加值低、质量不稳定、人员工作环境差等生产制造难点现状,根据实际情况入手制定了硬质合金智能工厂建设策略,从操作自动化、资源调度透明化、设备决策智能化、经验知识化、产业协同化等几方面设计了完整的智能制造在硬质合金工厂中的落地实施方案,有效解决了行业生产、制造过程中的一些重难点问题。 In view of the difficulties in production and manufacturing,such as late start,poor technical basis,large output but low added value,unstable quality and poor working environment of the hard alloy industry,the construction strategy of the hard alloy intelligent factory is formulated according to the practical situation.A complete implementation scheme of intelligent manufacturing in cemented carbide factory is designed from several aspects,such as operation automation,transparent resource scheduling,intelligent equipment decision-making,experience knowledge and industrial collaboration,which effectively solves some important and dificult problems in the production and manufacturing process of the industry.Some problems that can not be solved at present are also explained.It is expected that with the progress of technology and the improvement of industry cognition,further solutions can be obtained.
