摘要
针对谷物收割和秸秆回收打包问题进行一体化设备的创新设计。通过竞品分析法分析现有谷物收割设备存在的问题,建立因果链模型分析谷物收割设备使用流程并且归纳出根本问题,定量分析产品功能确定主要功能,以整合设计思维进行谷物收割机设计实践。得到一款能够实现一体化的谷物收割和秸秆打包的谷物收割机。该方法解决了目前谷物收割设备存在的诸多问题,为整合设计思维在解决实际问题中的应用提供思路和参考。
Innovative design of integrated equipment for grain harvesting and straw recycling and packaging.Analyze the existing problems of grain harvesting equipment through competitive product analysis,establish a causal chain model to analyze the use process of grain harvesting equipment and summarize the fundamental problems,quantitatively analyze the product functions to determine the main functions,so as to integrate design thinking into the design practice of grain harvesters.Obtain a grain harvester that can achieve integrated grain harvesting and straw packaging.This method solves many problems existing in current grain harvesting equipment,and provides ideas and references for the application of integrated design thinking in solving practical problems.
