摘要
身处职场的成年人群体身心健康问题成为当前关注的焦点话题,压力下的成人群体深受抑郁、焦虑、紧张等负面情绪的困扰,根据成年人童稚化现象,本文聚焦于办公室系列化玩具设计,并与具身认知理论结合,办公室玩具设计实践过程中着重在“情绪层”“执行层”“意象层”与具身认知策略逐一对照,从令85、90后群体印象深刻的童年怀旧玩具中提取象征性元素应用于具体的设计方案,便于以玩具体验进行娱乐的方式引导办公族群体身体行为的改变、借助办公室系列化玩具帮助受众群体排解其负面情绪。
The physical and mental health of adults in the workplace has become the focus of the current topic,the adults under pressure are deeply troubled by depression,anxiety,tension and other negative emotions,according to the phenomenon of adult childlike,this paper focuses on the design of office series toys,combines with the theory of embodied cognition.In the process of office toys design practice,we focus on the comparison of"emotional layer","executive layer","image layer"and embodied cognitive strategies one by one,extracting symbolic elements from childhood nostalgic toys that impressed the post-85s and post-90s groups and applying them to specific design schemes.It is convenient to guide the change of physical behavior of office workers in the way of entertainment,and to help the audience to relieve their negative emotions with the help of office series toys.
