摘要
针对公路交通原材料产品质量管控中存在的试验检测数据不能可证可溯和过程中的有效信息无法及时共享等典型问题,通过区块链、物联网等技术在原材料产品运输配送和检验工作中的应用,解决原材料产品运输配送和检验工作中的一些“不信任”问题,实现重要环节及节点信息的可证可溯,建立一套操作便捷、推广应用性强的方法和系统,并在康略高速公路建设项目中进行应用,取得较好的应用效果。
Aiming at the typical problems in the quality control of raw material products of highway transportation,such as the inability of test and inspection data to be verifiable and traceable and the inability to share effective information in the process in a timely manner,in this paper,blockchain and Internet of Things technology are used in the transportation and distribution of raw material products so as solve or avoid some “mistrust” problems in the transportation,distribution and inspection of raw materials,realize the traceability of important links and node information,and establish a set of methods and systems that are convenient to operate and have strong popularization and application,which has been applied in the quality control of Kangxian-Lueyang Expressway construction project and achieved good practice results.
