摘要
阐述气相色谱法测定SF_(6)中空气含量,对测定过程中各种不确定度的因素进行分析和对比,发现测量操作重复性和标准气体中空气浓度是引起不确定度的主要因素。
This paper describes the determination of air content in SF_(6) by gas chromatography,and analyzes and compares various factors that may introduce uncertainty during the determination process.It is found that the repeatability of measurement operations and the air concentration in standard gases are the main factors causing uncertainty.
