This paper describes the characteristics of electrical automation systems,the factors that affect the safe operation of automation equipment,and explores preventive measures and maintenance methods for automation equipment failures,including upgrading monitoring systems,regular testing and maintenance of automation equipment,and developing comprehensive maintenance strategies.
