摘要
新老年人是区别于传统年龄上的老年人的一种心态年轻、思想观念开放、生活消费习惯更加现代的特定老年人群。面向新老年人的穿戴助听产品在造型、技术和功能方面需要改进。为了提升新老年用户体验和产品竞争力,本研究针对新老年助听产品设计,明确产品设计目标和冲突;采用AHP法构成判断矩阵,得到产品评价指标权重;采用TOPSIS法计算,求得正负理想解,以此为依据从多方案中筛选出最优方案。通过评价体系的计算分析,能够减少主观单一因素对产品设计的影响,提高产品设计的科学性,为产品设计和方案筛选提供了数理依据,为面向新老年人穿戴式助产品设计提供了有益参考。
The new elderly is a special elderly population with young mentality,open ideas and more modern living and consumption habits,who are different from the traditional elderly.Wearable hearing aids for new elderly people need to be improved in terms of design,technology and function.In order to optimize the user experience and increase product competitiveness of the new elderly,this study aims at the design of hearing aids for this population,clarifies the design goals and conflicts of the product,and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to construct a judgment matrix to determine the weight of product evaluation criteria.The TOPSIS method is then used to calculate the positive and negative ideal solutions,and the optimal solution is selected from multiple alternatives based on these calculations.By analyzing the evaluation system,subjective factors that may impact product design are reduced,and the scientificity of product design is improved.This study provides a mathematical basis for product design and solution selection,and offers valuable insights for the design of wearable assistive products for the new and elderly.
