红色文化主题餐厅的空间体验设计研究

A Study on Space Experience Design of the Red Culture-themed Restaurants

针对地方菜的餐厅设计的同质化、地域性文化元素识别性特征较弱等现状,探索在主题餐厅的空间设计中构建红色文化体验的设计策略,提升顾客的餐饮空间体验和文化体验。以体验营销和文化分层理论为基础构建餐饮空间体验,采用深度访谈调研顾客的需求和痛点,将井冈山红色文化元素融入到多维度的主题餐厅空间体验设计中。在空间形象的时代特征、红色文化感知、健康饮食方式、以及多元互动的参与方式。以这四个顾客需求方面作为设计机会的分析依据,完善不同体验层次的主题餐饮空间体验。总结出基于体验营销理论的主题餐饮空间设计方法要素,提出一种符合地域性红色文化应用方式的空间设计策略,以达成红色文化主题餐饮空间的内容创新、形式创新以及设计创新。

This study aims to explore the design strategies for creating a red cultural experience in the spatial design of themed restaurants,in response to issues such as the homogeneity of local restaurant designs and the weak identification of regional cultural elements.Based on the theory of experiential marketing and cultural stratification,the study constructs a restaurant space experience that incorporates the red cultural elements of Jinggangshan into multidimensional design.It analyzes the characteristics of the era in terms of spatial image,perception of red culture,healthy eating habits,and interactive participation.By analyzing these four aspects of customer needs,the study improves the experience of themed restaurant spaces at different levels.The research concludes with a summary of the elements of theme restaurant space design based on experiential marketing theory and proposes a spatial design strategy that applies regional red culture in a way that is suitable for the specific context.The goal is to achieve content innovation,formal innovation,and design innovation in red culture-themed restaurant spaces.
