摘要
目的:探究医疗保障经办精细化治理的实践路径。方法:基于扎根理论,以国家医疗保障局评选的44个典型服务案例作为分析样本进行文本分析。结果:分步提取出47个副范畴、16个次范畴、4个主范畴。结论:医疗保障经办精细化治理体系以机制治理、对象治理、结构治理、技术治理为关键要素,以满足人民群众医保服务需求为导向,四大关键要素互动共生,最终实现精细化治理目标。
Objective To explore the practical path of refined governance for medical security services.Methods Based on grounded theory,text analysis was conducted using 44 typical service cases selected by the National Medical Security Administration as analysis samples.Results 47 subcategories,16 subcategories,and 4 main categories were extracted step by step.Conclusion The refined governance system for medical security services takes mechanism governance,object governance,structural governance,and technical governance as key elements,and is guided by meeting the needs of the people's medical insurance services.These four key elements interact and coexist,ultimately achieving the goal of refined governance.
