从主动受众到情感公众:介入性新闻的技术缘起与文化阐释 被引量:22

From Active Audience to Affective Publics:The Technological Origin and Cultural Interpretation of Engaged Journalism

摘要 本文基于技术演进的视角,梳理并分析数字时代新闻受众的行为逻辑与文化角色的变迁过程,以及介入性在新闻专业文化中的兴起。研究认为,数字媒体的互动类可供性为新闻受众的行为提供了介入性的逻辑,使之经历了从主动受众到情感公众的转型过程;伴随着受众的“觉醒”,观念和实践层面的介入性成为数字新闻业的核心专业文化属性;介入性专业文化赋予了新闻业新的社会角色,使之成为专业意识形态、个人情感经验、集体文化记忆,以及种种社会潮流和心理趋势的混杂体。本文进而提出,应通过完善参与式新闻生产模式、正视情感的核心作用,以及推进数字新闻素养培育的方式建设一种良性的介入性新闻生态。 Based on the perspective of technological evolvement, this paper sorts out and analyzes the changing process of the behavioral logic and cultural roles of news audiences in the digital age, as well as the rise of the culture of engagement in journalistic professionalism. The study finds out that the interactive affordances of digital media have provided the logic of engagement for the behavior of news audiences, transforming them from active audience to affective publics;engagement has become the core professional cultural attribute of digital journalism;an engaging culture has endowed journalism with a new social role, making it a mixture of professional ideology, personal affective experience, collective cultural memory, and various social and psychological trends. This paper further proposes that a benign engaging news ecosystem should be built by improving the participatory news production model, acknowledging the core role of affect, and promoting the cultivation of digital news literacy.
