国家话语视野内的数字新闻:基于国际传播场域的分析

Digital Journalism within the Perspective of State Discourse:An Analysis Based on the Field of International Communication

数字新闻学不仅需要关注技术革命、业态转型和文化变迁,而且需要讨论日益丰富的国际传播维度,及其对国家话语创新的推动作用。数字新闻的国际维度包括价值链和社会性两个方面,共同指向以国家为分析对象的盲点领域。基于此,本文回顾了作为国家话语的国际传播所经历的范式变迁,提出中国的国家话语主要由自主、发展、革命所构成,缺少对多主体、下沉式数字新闻实践的积极回应。因此,数字新闻学的未来向度包括三个方面,并以此推动国家话语的丰富和创新:聚焦技术转型和生态变革,为国际传播领域的数字话语权建设提供知识支撑;聚焦数字叙事与国家想象之间的相互建构关系,在多元主体复杂互动的数字空间探索具有国际传播意义的数字仪式、数字想象和数字记忆;以及基于对深度融合后的主流媒体和多元主体的数字实践,建构数字新闻学为支点的中国媒介体制创新阐释框架。

Digital journalism not only needs to pay attention to technological revolution, business transformation and cultural change, but also needs to discuss the increasingly rich dimensions of international communication and its role in promoting national discourse innovation. The international dimension of digital news includes two aspects of value chain and sociality, which both point to the blind spot field with the country as the object of analysis. Based on this, this article reviews the paradigm shift experienced by international communication as a national discourse, and proposes that China's national discourse is mainly composed of independence, development, and revolution, and lacks a positive response to multi-subject and sinking digital news practices. Therefore,the future direction of digital journalism includes three aspects to promote the enrichment and innovation of national discourse: focus on technological transformation and ecological change, and provide knowledge support for the construction of digital discourse power in the field of international communication;focus on digital narrative and national The mutual construction relationship between imaginations, exploring digital rituals, digital imagination and digital memory with international communication significance in the complex interactive digital space of multiple subjects;and constructing digital news based on the deep integration of mainstream media and digital practices of multiple subjects The Interpretation Framework of Chinese Media System Innovation Based on Learning.
