老昌辉运用加味半夏泻心汤治疗中虚湿热型郁证经验介绍

Experience of LAO Changhui Treating Constraint Syndrome of Middle Deficiency and Damp-Heat Type with Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction

介绍老昌辉教授运用加味半夏泻心汤治疗中虚湿热型郁证的临床经验。老昌辉教授认为,宜从脾胃受肝气郁滞的影响导致中阳不运的角度认识中虚湿热型郁证的病机,以舌淡或淡红、苔黄腻或黄厚为辨证要点,确立平调肝脾的治法,在半夏泻心汤的基础上加用白术、柴胡、白芍形成加味半夏泻心汤,用其化裁治疗,可获良效。

This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor LAO Changhui in treating constraint syndrome of middle deficiency and damp-heat type with modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction.According to Professor LAO Changhui,it is better to know about the pathogenesis of constraint syndrome of middle deficiency and damp-heat type from the perspective of spleen yang failing in transportation due to the spleen and stomach being affected by liver qi depression,and take pale tongue or light red tongue,and yellow and slimy coating or yellow and thick coating as the key points of syndrome differentiation,to establish the treatment method of neutral harmonization of liver and spleen.On the basis of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,and Paeoniae Radix Alba are added to form the modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction to obtain a good curative effect.
