清耳通窍汤治疗慢性中耳炎疗效观察及对生活质量的影响

Curative Observation of Qing'er Tongqiao Decoction on Chronic Otitis Media and Its Effect on Quality of Life

目的:观察清耳通窍汤治疗慢性中耳炎的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法:选取慢性中耳炎患者110例,随机分为对照组和研究组各55例。对照组应用头孢氨苄片治疗,研究组应用清耳通窍汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)]水平、生活质量评分、症状体征评分。结果:研究组总有效率为98.2%,高于对照组83.6%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组上述各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组生活质量量表中日常活动受限、情感异常、医学资源利用、躯体表现评分及总分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组上述各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组听力下降、耳闷、耳痛、中耳积液、耳鸣等症状体征评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组上述各项评分水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清耳通窍汤治疗慢性中耳炎,可降低炎症因子水平,有效改善患者临床症状和生活质量,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qing'er Tongqiao Decoction on chronic otitis media and its effect on quality of life in patients.Methods:A total of 110 cases of patients with chronic otitis media were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cefalexin Tablets,and the study group was treated with Qing'er Tongqiao Decoction.The levels of inflammatory factors including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum,scores of quality of life,and symptoms and signs scores before and after treatment and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 98.2%in the study group,higher than that of 83.6%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of limited daily activities,emotional abnormality,utilization of medical resources,and physical performance,as well as the total scores of Quality of Life Scale in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs including hearing drop,ear stuffiness,ear pain,middle ear effusion,and tinnitus in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qing'er Tongqiao Decoction for chronic otitis media can reduce levels of inflammatory factors,effectively improve symptoms and signs and quality of life in patients,and improve clinical effects.
