改性炭黑填充形状记忆水性聚氨酯材料的制备及性能 被引量:2

Preparation and properties of shape memory polyurethane films filled with modified carbon black

摘要 采用聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL1000)与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为主要原料制备水性聚氨酯乳液,通过球磨分散填充氧化改性N115炭黑,制得形状记忆水性聚氨酯复合胶膜,表征并测试其形貌结构、热性能、力学性能及形状记忆性能。研究结果表明:制备的炭黑填充形状记忆聚氨酯胶膜具有分散性好、热稳定性好(热解温度约350℃)、玻璃化转变温度低(约-5℃)、高拉伸强度(约40MPa)和优异的形状记忆性能。 Polycarbonate glycol(PCDL1000)and isophorone di-isocyanate(IPDI)were adopted to prepare waterborne polyurethane lotion,which was filled with oxidation-modified N115 carbon black by the ball-milling dispersion.Waterborne polyurethane films with shape memory were obtained and their properties were then analyzed,including morphological structure,thermal,mechanical,and shape memory properties.According to research results,prepared carbon black-filled shape memory polyurethane films exhibit good dispersibility,high thermal stability(350℃of pyrolysis temperature),low glass transition temperature(about-5℃),high tensile strength(about 40 MPa),and excellent shape memory behaviors.
