兰花热胁迫响应机制及耐热性研究进展 被引量:5

Research Progress of Response Mechanism to Heat Stress and Heat Tolerance in Orchid

摘要 兰花是世界著名的花卉资源,具有极高的经济价值,是全世界重要的花卉贸易产品之一,也是中国重要的观赏花卉。近年来,随着全球气候变暖,高温已成为影响农作物产量和品质的主要环境因素之一,严重制约了兰花产业的发展。因此,兰花热胁迫响应机制及耐热性的研究是兰花产业应对全球气候变暖的重要内容。本研究系统地陈述了高温胁迫对兰花生长发育、生理代谢的影响、兰花热胁迫响应分子机制、耐热评价及提高耐热性途径等方面的研究进展,并对未来研究方向进行了探讨,以期为进一步研究兰花的耐热机制和耐热育种提供基础依据。 Orchid is a world-famous flower resource with high economic value.It is one of the important flower trade products in the world and also an important ornamental flower in China.In recent years,with the global warming,high temperature has become one of the main environmental factors affecting the yield and quality of crops,seriously restricting the development of orchid industry.Therefore,the heat stress response and heat tolerance of orchids are the main content of orchid industry to deal with global warming.This study systematically reviewed the effects of high temperature on growth,physiological metabolism in orchid,and the molecular mechanism of heat stress response,the evaluation of heat tolerance,the methods of improving heat tolerance are also discussed,which provides fundamental insights for further research of the mechanism of heat tolerance and breeding of heat tolerance in orchid.
