摘要
本研究旨在探索从丹参中提取的最丰富的水溶性酚类化合物丹酚酸B在运动性心肌损伤中的保护作用以及其机制。结果显示,丹酚酸B剂量依赖性地改善了大鼠心功能,减轻了心肌损伤,并降低了血清中的心肌损伤标志物的水平。此外,丹酚酸B还抑制了心肌细胞凋亡和氧化应激反应,并调节了心肌组织中铁稳态。试验证实,丹酚酸B通过抑制铁死亡途径发挥了心肌保护作用。本研究结果表明,丹酚酸B可能成为一种天然药物,用于预防和治疗运动性心肌损伤。
This study aimed to explore the protective effects and mechanisms of salvianolic acid B(Sal B),the most abundant water-soluble phenolic compound extracted from Danshen,in exercise-induced myocardial injury.The results demonstrated that Sal B dose-dependently improved cardiac function,alleviated myocardial injury,and decreased the levels of serum markers of cardiac damage in rats.Additionally,Sal B inhibited cardiomyocyte apoptosis and oxidative stress response,and regulated iron homeostasis in myocardial tissue.Experimental evidence revealed that Sal B exerted cardioprotective effects by suppressing iron-mediated cell death pathways.These findings suggest that Sal B may serve as a natural therapeutic agent for the prevention and treatment of exercise-induced myocardial injury.
