高催乳素血症(HPRL)是儿童青少年精神障碍患者使用抗精神病药物的常见不良反应,会影响儿童青少年的正常发育,出现骨质发育障碍、月经失调等临床表现,从而降低患者的生活质量和用药依从性,影响患者的预后,加重社会的经济负担。因此,早期识别和及时干预HPRL具有重要意义。本文对常见抗精神病药物对于儿童青少年精神障碍患者血清催乳素水平的影响、HPRL可能的作用机制和治疗方法进行综述,旨在了解儿童青少年患者催乳素波动的特点和机制,为其个体化治疗提供一定依据。

Hyperprolactinemia is a common adverse reaction of antipsychotics in children and adolescents with mental disorders.It will affect the normal development of children and adolescents,such as skeletal dysplasia,irregular menstruation,etc,thereby reducing the quality of life and compliance,affecting the prognosis and increasing the socio-economic burden.Therefore,early identification and timely intervention are very important in clinical practice.This article reviews the effects of common antipsychotics on serum prolactin levels in children and adolescents,their possible mechanisms and treatment,aiming to investigate the characteristics and mechanisms of prolactin fluctuations in children and adolescents,and provide some basis for individual treatment.
