根骨关系在无托槽隐形矫治设计治疗中的考量 被引量:1

Application of root and alveolar bone relationship in clear aligner treatment plan

摘要 根骨关系指牙根与牙槽骨的位置关系,无论在矫治前、矫治中、矫治后都需要明确牙根与牙槽骨在颊舌向、矢状向和垂直向三维方向上的位置关系。锥形束CT可以清楚地展示及分析每颗牙齿的牙根在牙槽骨中的位置和相互关系,可以在矫治设计中指导牙齿的移动方式、时机,以达到安全矫治的目的。尤其在无托槽隐形矫治牙齿移动的设计中根骨关系更显重要,本文将介绍根骨关系在无托槽隐形矫治中常见牙齿移动,包括磨牙远移、前牙打开咬合以及拔牙矫治内收前牙等设计中的应用,这将有助于正畸医生实现精准治疗、健康矫治的目标。 The root-alveolar bone relationship is extremely important in the treatment of malocclusion.It is necessary to clarify three dimensional relationship between the roots and alveolar bone in buccal,sagittal and vertical directions before,during and after the treatment.cone-beam computed tomography can clearly display and analyze the position and relationship of the root of each tooth in the alveolar bone and can guide the tooth movement mode and timing in treatment planning,and to achieve the purpose of healthy orthodontics.In particular,the root-bone relationship is more important in the design of clear aligner treatment for tooth movement.This paper will introduce the application of the root-bone relationship in the design of common tooth movement in clear aligner orthodontics,including the distal movement of molars,bite opening of the anterior teeth and the retraction of anterior teeth in extractive cases,which will help orthodontists achieve the goals of precisive treatment and healthy outcomes.
